Title: AML Senior Technical Consultant - MANTAS

Base compensation: $100k - $130k USD

We are currently seeking a Mantas Senior Consultant to join our Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance consulting team on a permanent basis in New York/ Jersy City (U.S).
The financial crime compliance practice provides expertise in governance, risk, compliance and anti money laundering, and we help to prevent terrorism, bribery, corruption and fraud.
Position Overview
The incumbent works with a focused team, helping our clients to understand their challenges and responsibilities with respect to data and technology as defined by regulations and industry best practice. You will review the current state of a client’s technology platform, management processes, and documentation, and recommend and implement improvements to all three. You will work directly with the client organization, with motivated and experienced practitioners who understand the latest trends and needs of global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience with Oracle FCCM/Mantas AML.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience, including analysis, design, development and testing (on Custom FCCM scenario development, FCCM Ingestion manager, Alert management workflow, scenario testing, Threshold tuning, batch configuration and monitoring).
- Understanding of global anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and sanctions risks and regulations (e.g., BSA, 4MLD, FinCEN CDD Rule, OFAC Sanctions, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.)
- Quality assurance and testing.
- Hands on experience with Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL is a must. Experience with Python is an asset.
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Program/Project management and implementation planning (PMO).
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Prior project experiences similar to these:
- AML transaction monitoring, KYC/CRR, Sanctions model design and implementation
- Reporting and optimization of AML processes
- AML remediation and mitigation of process and controls risk
- Current state IT assessments - continuous improvement
Application/Package experience in any of the following:
- Transaction Monitoring Vendor Solutions – Actimize, Mantas (one of them is must)
- KYC Vendor Solutions - Fenergo
- OFAC sanctions screening solutions – Fircosoft, Mantas, Actimize
